  • The client needed ADVANCE to design a custom Travel Application with seamless integration to Oracle, delivering complex and unique travel processes to 7 agencies across 150 business units.
  • Their travelers (Staff and Non-Staff)needed a system to request a cash advance to be paid ahead of a mission. Due to complexities of these processes it was determined that it could not be delivered with Oracle, so ADVANCE designed it in ServiceNow and integrated with Oracle.
      Challenges to overcome:

    • Integrating with an Application that was being configured in parallel.
    • Processes that were being designed in parallel to support the new configurations.
    • Splitting a once fully integrated solution to two platforms.
