Job Description:
The ServiceNow Sr. Business Process Consultant is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.
Educational Qualifications – BE/MCA
Certifications – Required ServiceNow CSA Certified (Certified System Administrator), Preferred CIS -Certified
Experience Required – 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Business analyst/ Business Process Consultant role
Responsibilities:
- Create Workshop decks as per NowCreate Methodology, Statement of Work and define workshop agendas
- Actively conduct workshops with customers and gather requirements
- Analyze customer’s pain points and should be able to understand business objectives and translate them into clear requirements using different techniques for requirement elicitation
- Analyze the As-is process and propose a plan for To-be process
- Translate requirements into stories as per Agile standards with proper acceptance criteria
- Analyze requirements and supporting data
- Create Test Plan and Training Plan
- Help the team in sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization
- Manage QA activities helping testers and developers
- Drive UAT with end users and internal project teams
- Provide inputs to Project team for transition plan
- Create supporting documentation, user guides
- Conduct training for end users
- Manage stakeholders (external and internal) throughout the project lifecycle
- Create reports and dashboards wherever necessary
What you bring:
- Sound knowledge of ServiceNow Now Platform
- Sound knowledge of minimum 2 modules in ServiceNow (ITOM, ITAM), Required (any of SPM, GRC, SecOps, Service Portal, CSM)
- Sound knowledge of Business Analyst fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Good Presentation Skills
- Sound knowledge of NowCreate Methodology
- Should be a good team player
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in English languages
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- ServiceNow hands-on experience
