Increased the field size on some SIG vendor questionnaire fields to 512 characters.

Corrected an issue in which some names caused eSignatures to fail.

SIG Lite 2021
Stopped issues from being created by mistake with SIG Lite 2021.
Upgrade issue
Corrected an upgrade issue that caused question changes to be overwritten in the template.
Secondary vendor contact assignments
Corrected an issue where some secondary vendor contacts could not be assigned.
Avatar photos and performance
Corrected a performance issue related to user avatar photos.
Save and Sign error message
Corrected an issue where clicking Save and Sign sometimes incorrectly showed an unfilled mandatory questions error message.
Multi-line comments
Enabled multi-line comments to expand the text box for issues and tasks in the vendor portal.

Removed in this release:
Deactivated SIG vendor questionnaire content for 2018 and 2019.
