We have two Next-Gen Leader programs that empower our cultural change makers.

NEW HIRE TRAINING PROGRAM

Ongoing batches of entry level employees are taken through a 6-month long training course comprising of e-learning, subject matter expertise and hands-on project management. Mentors provide assessments on various technical languages for 3+ months, followed by on-project training with various project scenarios. Resources also provide behavioral and soft skills training with weekly performance reviews.

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM

Our Future Leaders Program offers top-tier talent opportunities to help build leadership skills with significant coaching and mentoring from the leadership team. Employees not only grow their skill sets but also land highly visible roles within the company to exercise these skills with a long-term influence.
